Hell-ho,
I`ve made this little tower for some tests. There are 5 sections to allow you creating different profiles for a test (ex. ooze/wipe settings, temperature, multipler extrusion etc).

Cone ending should allow you to skip printing infill.

Let me tell you heights of each section:
0.1 Base - 0 to 7mm
# 1. Section 1 - 7 to 17.5mm
# 2. Section 1 - 17.5 to 28mm
# 3. Section 1 - 28 to 38.5mm
# 4. Section 1 - 38.5 to 49mm
# 5. Section 1 - 49 to 59.5mm
0.2 Cone - 59.5 to 69.5mm

Now for the layers (.25):
0.1 Base - layer 1 to 28
# 1. Section 1 - layer 29 to 70
# 2. Section 1 - layer 71 to 112
# 3. Section 1 - layer 113 to 154
# 4. Section 1 - layer 155 to 196
# 5. Section 1 - layer 197 to 238
0.2 Cone - layer 239 to 278
