Beo Egg

This speaker is made during the course ‘41030 Mechatronics Engineering Design’ at The Technical University of Denmark DTU in cooperation with B&O Create.

The Beo Egg is a small speaker made for kitchen use. The design is thought out to make a 360 sound so that the speaker can be placed anywhere in the kitchen. The unique yet subtle design integrates the speaker well in the kitchen while also giving the option of making it the center of attention. The see through feature makes it light and interesting to look at. Furthermore the design is made easy for cleaning and is ideal to kitchen use.
