I couldn't find any replacement spool caps online to purchase for my newly acquired 30 year old Bernina Bernette Model 334DS serger so I designed one in BlocksCAD. The center hole is 6 mm. The radius of the cap is 20 mm.

My photo shows my version of the spool cap on the left and the original spool cap on the right.
