Inspired by making Maurice Moss, I decided to have a go at the iconic Bertie Bassett. All the parts are straightforward to print and are held together with a one size fits all set of pins. The original was made at 200% size with the pin diameter scaled to 205% for a tight fit. Experiment with pin scaling to get your best fit.
The body has five parts, files Body 1-5 if you intend to separately print using z offset, or the monocoque file if you intend to pause the print for filament change. The face was printed using the head file, overlayed using the two eye files and the mouth files and z offsets.
Ideally the blue parts should have a bobbly surface, but that goes beyond my skill set. Anyone who knows how to achieve that, feel free to remix the design.
