Better Manual Card Shuffler

After years of neglecting this project, I have finally generated something worth printing. Updates include:

- Properly meshing gears for a smoother operation of the original Manual Card Shuffler and its remixes. Herringbone gear design also eliminates the need for caps on the roller gears
- Fixed geometry. No more holy models, Batman! (and no more complaints from Cura)
- Adjustable height on the card gates
- An option use a rubber windshield wiper blade inserted on the card gates. Just flip them over!
