Betteri BC01 end cap remix

Remix:

- Added a 1mm chamfer inside the collar, in order to provide a bond between the collar and the plate
- Removed the clip entirely

Print:

- Sliced on the side for longitudinal strength
- Scaled down to 98% - note: fit depends on setup, material, amount of sag on unsupported parts etc.
- 75% infill
- Support starting at 75 degrees
- Support only on build plate
