**UPDATE 6/21/19 - This now incorporates a slightly modified version of Greg Frost's original implementation. (Thanks Greg for permission). This will now generate 3 stl files, one for each gear, and a combined one. It also adds a few more options for greater flexibility.**
**UPDATE 8/6/19 - Fix occlusion when second gear has even number of teeth.**
