Bevels Library for OpenSCAD

These are some simple bevel functions I include in many of my projects.
They are often optional, but they come in quite handy when removing resin prints from the build plates.

Included are modules for round_bevel() and square_bevel().

UPDATE!
Added offset_bevel() for beveling around rounded corners.
This might come in handy for some upcoming Gridfinity projects, so keep an eye out for those!
