BFO-9000 5° case

I added a 5° incline, controller hotswap capabilities, and a wristrest to the [BFO-9000 Case designed by tradiuz](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3089077).

There is room for two oled screens in the wristrest area aswell.

I'm not really skilled at 3D design, which clearly shows in the connections unfortunately, and I can not for the life of me reduce the stl size. I uploaded it regardless since I got multiple requests.
