to assemble the tail i glue 2 piece of elastic to the tip of the tail threading and gluing them with E6000 to the top and bottom of each vertebrae tight enough to keep them together but enough slack to allow for movement all the way to the butt plate where i thread the elastic threw the top and bottom holes and gluing them in place. i also thread a third piece of elastic threw the holes on the left and right side of the butt plate to create a belt to hold up the tail. once everything is assemble i added eva foam padding over the main elastic strips holding the tail together to add extra strength to hold everything down while making it comfortable to wear

EDIT: i wasn't aware of the few minor issues that the tail sometimes haves but i completely redesign the tail once again improving it
