Bibo 2 BLTouch mount

Used the part that the BLTouch mounts to and changed it to mount on the side of the carriage instead of in front.
It mounts using the 2 bolts for the linear bearings carriage.
I used 40mm bolts for my setup YMMV

There are 2 versions.
BiboBLTouch.stl has a 1mm deep notch which I needed for it to fit with the blue cover seen in the pictures

BiboBLTouchNoCutout.stl is like the name implies without the notches

They are the same height otherwise.
For me this put my offset at about X-73, Y0 since it is close if not right in line with the extruders on the Y axis. This may not be precise but it's close enough for me.
