BIBO Volcano Riser

UPDATES:
11/18/20 -- V2 fits better, has cutouts for spacing and cooling.
12/12/20 -- V3 sturdier, most like stock with cooling cutouts.

This is a riser to adapt the BIBO 2 Touch to use Volcano heatblocks. It raises the existing cooling bar up and offsets it back for clearance to the carriage. Two screws hold the riser to the bar, and two screws mount the whole thing to the carriage as normal.
