Bicycle Assembly

This project presents the 3D modeling and assembly of a bicycle in SolidWorks, with a particular focus on the design and development of the front fork as a critical component of the steering and support system. The project involved structured sketching, feature creation, and refinement techniques to build accurate and functional bicycle components while maintaining proper assembly relationships and dimensional consistency. Special attention was given to the front fork geometry to ensure compatibility with the steering mechanism and wheel assembly. Through this project, key CAD modeling skills such as parametric design, component integration, and assembly management were applied to create a realistic and mechanically coherent bicycle model. The design serves as a practical exercise in product modeling and mechanical system visualization.
