Bicycle bag support

Many of the bicycle bags need to be mounted by the strip surrounding the steering rod of the handlebar. This is the case of my bicycle and bag - bag cannot be mounted tightly and stably, because the mount of the handlebar collides with the bag. Excuse me not being clear, but I'm certian, that the attached pictures show what I mean. To solve the problem, I've designed a simple part that can be mounted tightly by the zip ties to the frame of the bike and serves well as a support for the bag. I've printed it from PET-G.
