This a simple DIY generator for bicycles.
It mounts on the rear wheel like in the pictures, and the tube across the forks have to be round (or better you should design one that fits your bike as there are many different types around).
The generator is made of two three phase small motors (you can find eBay links below), and a 3d printed support that has a recess where you can place rectifier diodes.
The regulator should be placed outside in a separate box, and this depends on the voltage and current regulator you choose, so you should design one that is good for you, or use a commercial regulator.
Adjusting the diameter of the roller will give you the possibility to decide at which speed you like to have the motors to turn, and so the current they will provide.
The axle of the motor is 3mm, and there is a small bearing on each side of the roller, mounted in an adaptor that have to be printed separately.
You can place rubber on the roller to improve grip on the tyre, possi
