Bicycle Front Fork Light Mount

This is a mounting bracket that has the diameter of a bike handlebar and allows a bike light to be mounted down at the fork crown. I just got a new, rather heavy front headlight and couldn't mount it on the handlebar because of a handlebar bag mounted there.

It is in two pieces: the main bracket and a rotation lock that may be helpful, depending on your particular situation.
