At first: This is my first 3d design ever. So it maybe contain some failures.
On my childs bike was a sharky horn, well it makes a "Squeek" sound, mounted.
After an accident (noone was harmed :) ) the mounting ring broke. So i looked for a replacement and couldn't find the right thing.
I've printed it with GiantARM PLA in 0.16 resolution with 10% infill.
Also i've resized it to 115% so that the final print has an inner diameter of around 21 mm.
Remeber to measure your kids bike handle and adjust the size to your needs.
Be careful! The Horn works via airflow, so i added a larger hole to the mountingplate and a horizontal ant vertical hole to the sides for the airflow. If you scale it to small, it could close these holes and decrease the volume of the honk.
On my Ender 3 Pro it works on the Glasbed without adhesive, but it needs a little bit of support, cause i designed the mounting plate a bit smaller then the ring.
I glued the mounting-plate to the honk with UHU Allp
