This is a remix of Gyrobot's Ball and Socket Mount that is for mounting a mirror available at automotive stores as a "blind spot mirror" on a bicycle handlebar. These are perfect for a bicycle as they are small, but because of the convex you can see even if they vibrate quite a bit (I had mine mounted on a motorized bicycle that vibrates quite alot) and still see cars behind you perfectly.
The end of my rubber grips had a 9mm hole in them so my mounts have a 10mm peg to just press fit in the grips, yours will probably be different, I uploaded the source files in case you wish to modify.
Its probably overly beefy, but that makes it astheticly pleasing, and is IMHO worth the extra 5 cent of plastic and few more minutes of print time.
The pictures are of V1, the files I provided here get the mirror up and past your arm and rotate the socket to a more usable angle.
