I purchased this bicycle stand on Amazon, but it turned out to be a bit too large for my bike. Even though my bike has very thick tyres, the gap that accommodates the wheel was simply too wide. So I designed these brackets to reduce the tyre space to about 80 mm, allowing the bike to stand perfectly straight (my tyre width is 65 mm). Since I use the stand outdoors, I printed the brackets in PETG. PLA will also work if you don’t mind the material degrading relatively quickly due to the sun’s UV rays. The inner diameter of the bracket for the rod is 19.4 mm, providing a snug fit on the rod. There is a groove in the middle of the bracket that can be used to secure it with a cable tie, preventing it from coming off the bicycle stand. This print requires no supports. Have fun printing!
