This is my first try of a bag for my bicycle. I wanted to start with something easy and relatively small so I choose a bag for a spare tube and three small tyre irons to be mounted just underneath the saddle. The tube is for a 29''x2,25'' tyre and the bag is just big enough to carry that tube. It turned out to be not as easy as I first thought.
To make it a soft bag it has to be printed in TPU. I choose 95A TPU. I also tried another A95 TPU from a different company which turned out to be significantly softer so that the whole bag would get a bit too soft for my liking. As I wanted the bag to weigh as little as possible I did not want to compensate for that by using thicker walls. The black 95A TPU from 3djake worked well for me.
Also I found no way to glue TPU parts in a trusty manner. I do not want to loose the whole bag or its contents because some glued connection fails. So I had to learn to sew the lid and the two buttstraps to the main body of the bag using an awl. The photo
