My biermaxx had a leaking faucet. Particularly since I "upgraded" the CO2 system (now I use a regular CO2 tank instead of the creepy cartridge system).
I bought a bier tap on aliexpress (~15€), and designed this adapter. It fits in place of the "silver" color original tap. This tap is a little bit hard to disassemble (if you need, message me and I will send you pictures).
To assemble it, you will need to bend gently the tap input for a right angle to a ~45° angle, else it will not fit.
Now I can put more than 2 bars in my bier keg, with no problem :)
Printed using:
- PETG (so it resists heat)
- 10% infill (which is enough: the object will weight ~60 grams).
- using support with overhang threshold > 15° (to not waste filament, and to ease post process)
Freecad files are given, in case you wish to enhance, or see how it's done.
