Bifold Door Floor Bracket Spacer

A spacer for the floor bracket for common bi-fold door hardware. Should fit the most common bi-fold door floor hardware. Use this to replace commonly used blocks of wood. I have included a picture of the screws I use to mount the hardware. Feel free to use the CAD model and change the thickness to fit your application. If you need to mount your hardware to just the block in the case of floating floors, increase the height of the block to match your screws and decrease the hole diameter so the screw mounts directly into the block. There is always some variance in mass produced parts so these may not fit perfectly to your hardware. Some of my older hardware had to be bent and tightened to fit so expect to use a pair of pliers if you are using old hardware. Disclaimer: Printing in PLA has proven to work just fine for several years now but know that a more durable filament like PETG or ABS/ASA may hold up better over time (especially if your space is exposed to more humidity, heat, and UV
