this is not a finished solution but the 3d printed part i did for my project. The wheels use 8 ball bearings in total, 2 per wheel. There is some work needed to get it to a good fit.I have tried both PLA and PETG for the rims, both works fine. PLA is easier to get nice surface.for the tire i used TPU95A to get a bit smoother ride. the rims is adapted for a ball bearing with outer diameter 22mm and a thickness of 7mm, but feel free to change these dimensions in the stl file if you use other bearings. My bearings had 8mm inner diameter so i needed to replace the wheel axel as well, this made it possible to make the axel slighly longer and thread it to use locking nuts instead of the original locking caps, but i guess the original axel could work as well. (have not tried). I used a space sleever to make the 8mm axel to fit in the body, and to keep the rim from going too close to the car body, but this part i did not print. good luck building :)
