The goal was to lift a big and heavy roller blind fast and silent using Apple HomeKit. I managed to do that but it took some time before I was satisfied.

Gearing: 2,6:1 (spur gear (10-12-26 teeth))
Perfect gear ratio but still too noisy at high speed.
