Bigger bird feeder

Bird feeder for those who like to load more at one feeding time. This goes under standard bucket. You need to cut 140 mm diameter round hole to bottom of bucket and use standard lid for bucket also.

Balance beam added for feeder but there probably some bug in FreeCad and support beam requires extra length. STL generation work OK for that now.

LintulautaV3.stl is for bucket where hole diameter is less than 175 mm. Printed diameter is 185 mm. Values could be modified in FreeCAD but all values are not read from speadsheet parameters.

Sizes will be tuned later when seen how this works in wind and snowing.
