Appertently those do not exist in wild nature, so i made one.
Parametric FreeCAD project, so you can make one of your diameter.
Knob is this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:605222
Bolts and nuts are M4, hole in the ball for reinforcing screw, recommended material - PETG.

Update: mount is ok, nice and sturdy, but my flimsy plastic net basket weren't up to task. So i've made tailored mount that should fare better (diameter of my basket's rim is 6mm)
