Use a tough material that is resistant to UV and high temperature. You can paint them to avoid UV exposure.
Three versions:
- with a hole (bike handlebar ends.stl);
- without a hole (bike handlebar ends V2.stl) - no need to add a cap.
Instead of V2, you can just use brim on V1 and not remove it from the hole;
- bent slightly for curved handlebars (bike handlebar ends V3) .
About 10 cm long (without the mounting part). For 22 mm diameter of the handlebar. Use M6 bolt + nut and washers to mount.
