Bike handlebar storage

This replaces the plastic part on the bar-end linked below to create a small storage compartement inside the handlbars.

Added som longer versions upon request, (original version is 78mm) as well as a plastic version of the end plug. Use a soldering iron to melt the nut into the inside wall of the storage part.
