Almost one year ago I bought very powerful bike light which could show me the way even in the darkest nights, however I found its position quite annoying, since I couldn't mount it right on the middle of my handle bar, because of the stem.
To solve the problem I designed a light mount which could bridge over the stem and provide a centered mounting surface for my lamp.
You have to melt the rivet nuts into the holes found on the braces. To do that you have to use a pre-heated soldering iron. Be careful when playing around with it!
The following additional items are required:
- 4 pieces of M6 rivet nuts
- 4 pieces of M6x30 socket head cap screw (ISO 4762)
- soldering iron
The mount fits best for a 24 mm diameter handle bar, however it may suit bigger ones as well.
