Problem - I use a quad lock to mount my phone to my stem. I have an iPhone 6s+ which when mounted takes up all of the room on the stem and handlebars. I cannot mount my headlight or anything else to my handlebars.
Solution - I have created this bike mount as an extension to the handle bar. It provides enough room for my hands to rest comfortably and reach the brakes. It allows for my phone to be mounted out in front of me like a dashboard. It also provides enough extra room on the cross bar to mount additional items.
My bike's handlebars are 31.8mm. I have created this to fit a 31.8mm handlebar. Feel free to adjust for your own needs.
For Print Settings:
Mount Arm x 2: ABS - Infill: 70%, Shell Thickness 1mm, Layer Height: .22, Supports: Yes
Mount Stem: ABS - Infill 35%, Shell Thickness 2mm, Layer Height: .22, Supports: Yes
Mount Crossbar: ABS - Infill 35%, Shell Thickness 2mm, Layer Height: .22 Supports: No
Mount Arm Grip x 2: NinjaFlex (Lulzbot Cura NinjaFlex defaults
