Bike Rack Reflector Replacement

I backed into a concrete wall and broke the reflector off the bike rack :-(. This isn't actually a reflector, but it fills the hole.
I used glow-in-the-dark filament for most of it to at least make it visible at night. I printed one layer of GITD filament, then like three or four layers of red. Then finished with the GITD filament.
The hole on my rack has a diameter of 43mm (approx 1-9/16") and the center of the small mounting holes are about 30mm back.
