I downloaded and printed emacs bike lever and was impressed by the sturdiness of the design and how nicely the prying end was crafted. But his design got wider at the end and the split tail for hooking to a spoke seemed to require printing supports. So I modified his lever in two ways:
1) I made the lever the same width over its entire length. This reduces material used and does not hurt strength on the working/prying end.
2) I got rid of the split tail and changed that end to have a larger single spoke hook so that no support is required when printing. The tip of the hook also works nicely to depress the valve core in Schrader valve equipped inner tubes.
3) I made a simple sleeve so that you could store three levers together in a compact bundle. You only need two for tire removal, but having a spare is a good idea.
These levers are sturdy and have survived removing and re-mounting a fairly tight 27" road tire multiple times. I printed this with PETG which has a slick surface
