Bike torch mount with quick release

I wanted a torch mount with quick release for my 32mm handlebar, but found nothing I liked. The torch should be inexpensive, hold even I drive off-road and there should be no screws protrude to prevent injuries in case of a crash.
First tests are satisfactorily! I found a torch on Ebay for $12. It should have 1800 Lumen, I can'??t say if this is true - but it shines pretty bright and is worth the money. The torch is even bright enough that it can be used as a daytime running light.

You will need the following tools/parts:
A small and middle file to smoothen the grooves.
A small screwdriver fits to your screws
A Dremel to remove the support
4 Tapping screws 3 x 10mm
4 Tapping screws 2.2 x 5.6mm (maybe this is something in inch?)
