I designed this bike work stand but never got around to printing it as it took too much filament, approx 1kg with the following;
Print settings; (could be more if you want)
5 walls
50% cubic infill
100% wall-infill overlap
You will need the following hardware;
For the clamp head;
x1 M10 joiner nut
x1 M10x80 bolt
x1 M10 penny/repair washer (od approx 25mm)
x1 piece M6 threaded rod 100mm long (for the pivot joint)
x2 M6 washers
x2 M6 nuts
For the back angle block;
x2 M6 nuts (which go inside the hole)
x2 M6x20 Bolts
20mm steel conduit for legs and back upright piece to be glued into base and feet cut to whatever length you want, It would be possible to get a reasonable size work stand from a standard 2 metre length.
Optional;
Knobs such as
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:641854/files
for the adjustment bolts.
I never printed a full one of these, I would recommend you print a thin walled low infill of at least the clamp head to ensure it works.
Good Luck, I hope its of us
