I modeled in CAD the puzzle "Bill Cutler's 66 Changed" C K Leung. This is a 269-level puzzle.
It's not something one can reasonably expect to solve, but is an engineering exercise to model and print. The STL files attached were modeled with very tight tollerances. The puzzle will need to be printed with supports. It will also need extensive post processing with files, sandpape, scalpel, etc. to remove all roughness and crete a uniform fit. Printing will take several days.
I printed my sample on a CReality 3d Ender 3 pro using 3D-Fuel filament.
Also included is an SCAD file to produce the STL files.

The SCAD code is implemented with numerous modules to generate STL files for subsets of pieces. There are a total of 73 pieces to print.
