Bilstein Shocks/Struts (Maybe other brands as well), require you to hold the shock in place with a allen wrench while you torque the nut attaching the shock to the mount with a socket wrench.
There are custom sockets that allow you to do this but they must be ordered ahead of time and are a bit pricey for a single use tool.
This socket has a passthrough hole for the allen wrench while allowing you to tighten the nut with a box wrench. The torque on these is pretty low, usually 17-20 ft/lbs, so it works pretty well in plastic. You could make a torque wrench work with a "crowfoot wrench set" but it isn't hard to torque to this range by hand.
Made this in onshape.com, I added variables for nut sizes and wrench sizes so feel free to tweak if needed: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/58a22586fe6987b6fffcbf82/w/bf379427d709d86d8f5143bc/e/9a03013e835cc0f00a731506
