Bird Buddy Perch with metal threaded inserts

This is a modified version of the Original Bird Buddy Perch that was distributed for free (see https://www.facebook.com/groups/birdbuddycommunity/files/files).

This is a version with metal threaded inserts. If you do not want to use metal inserts use my other version: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5754727
I used M5 brass inserts. They are easy to install. Just use a soldering iron and set the temperature to printing temperature of the perch material +10°C and then press the inserts with the soldering iron into the hole.
