My wife kept getting her flower and vegetable seedlings eaten by birds. I looked up several ways of doing this. My wife did not want windmills, or cd's hung up, so I went with the deterrent spikes. created my first version in Blender 2.80 and here it is.
Very simple to print and very easy to customize. Just print the base and angle and straight spikes, and put in as many spikes you want in a strip. I put 2 straight spikes on the bottom to poke and hold the strip in one place in the dirt. I just put them next to the row of the seedlings about an inch away.
