Makes
sometimes I have leftover some cement mix. Leaving the cement, it's wasted. Now, I can make birdshouses from it.
Howto:
Make a wooden box, inside 180mm x 130mm . Height of the walls 140mm
At position of roof ridge, cut a groove for hanger.
Insert the printed mould pieces. Numbered clockwise, 1a to 8a.
Fill with soft concrete mix.
Insert a piece of wire (bicycle spoke), bended, as hanger
Insert mould pieces 1b to 8b
Fill
Insert a piece of cardboard to cover the inside. The cardboard remains inside.
Fill complete
Leave it for minimum 1 week.
cut a door plate. This is fixed by screw to inside bottom.
First design idea means, to insert a piece of 70mm grey water tube for inner support, removable thru underside. This is not important.
64 hours of print time, 370cm³ plastics
