I made a simple remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4007369 by adding a background to create a birthday cake flat card you can send in a letter with you birthday paper card.
You can print in two colors by adding a pause during printing at last layer of background part and change the filament.
You can also scale it in your slicer to make it bigger or smaller, as you wish.
