Bisquit Press

A fine detailed model of a BISQUIT PRESS with 20 stencils and 4 nozzles, for delicous bisquits and fantastic desserts. Create your own designs for the stencils and/or the nozzles. May be you can use for making this your own 3D-Printer and/or Laser-Cutter. Notes: Threads are modeled without clearance. Inner threads are created by a "Cut Out", done in the assembly. Both compression springs and the torsion spring have been not calculated, regarding spring forces, wire diameters, coil diameters and number of turns. Parameters of compression springs should be calculated after an experimental definition of spring forces. Model available in following formats: STEP-files (.stp) of two different assemblies. STEP-files (.stp) of 4 nozzles and 20 stencils. Native files of an assembly (.prt) and (.asm) - in a (.zip)-folder - in the assembled state with four nozzles and one stencil, for all users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
