Bit Ratchet Grip

This is a simple bit ratchet grip that provides a little more friction than the standard smooth handle. Print out of TPU - it's designed for a 0.375" diameter handle, but will stretch a little bit if needed. Print solid with a 0.4mm line width, and it will come out to two walls exactly. I used NinjaFlex Fire 85A TPU.
