BK Extrusion LED Diffusers/Vroller Slot Covers

This is a v-slot cover intended to be installed beneath roller wheels and used as a LED light diffuser for SMD 2835 (and similarly sized) LED strips installed into the 2040 extrusions on the z-axis. 24V 2835's are extremely bright and definitely look much better with diffusers in front of them and can also benefit from a dimming circuit (another design I've made).

Realistically, the height on the inner slot is ~400mm, but on the side where the wires run out, you may not be able to fit 2x200mm covers which is why the other sizes are provided. How you install your LEDs will determine which sizes you need.

You may also install these on any v-slot that has rollers... However, you will need to create the sizes you need for those. The easiest way to accomplish this is in your slicer. Start with the 200mm, and scale only the length dimension (leaving width and height at 100%) to whatever dimension is desired.
