Designed a Cap to mount the Bl-Touch or clones like the 3dtouch. Did not want to print the whole holder again. The Fan can fit straight or rotate it to the side.
Got my 3D-Touch sensor from here:

Offset in the Firmware:
define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle]
define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -45 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]
define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -0.58 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle] -1
Adjust you z-offset according to your first layer.
V2:
- More space for the cooling fan
- Hole for the adjustable set screw inside the BL-Touch
V3:
- Higher tolerances for the M3 holes, so you do not have to thread it in the main cap. (0,4mm)
