This knob also fits my Blackstone 36" griddle, so I assume will fit all sizes.   My buddy had a Blackstone Adventure 17 griddle given to him, I had one, so pulled the knob off and measured it up with calipers and a depth gauge so I could print him one. I printed it out of PETG and also one out of Easy ABS, either should be sufficient to handle any heat the handle gets and I don't think it's much since the original is also plastic.    May be PLA would fine but I am not going to try PLA since I already have the other two. You're on your own and should definitely test anything you print with PLA while the griddle is hot to see how the knob does. Might be that the metal shaft in the center is where any heat might congregate.   If you've not used Easy ABS, it's great. I select PLA in the profile, no smell, no need for an enclosure, not quite true ABS from temperature perspective, but very resistant to chemicals, etc. having many of the other characteristics of ABS and still a good temperature tolerance as shown below.   PLA will begin to soften at 60-65C (140-145F) PETG can withstand 80-85C (176-185F) before it starts to soften. Easy ABS can withstand 99C (210F) before it starts to soften. There is a hole for a M3x25 barrel hex head screw so it can be snugged down to the shaft in the middle of the knob. While the hole is slightly smaller than the screw so you will thread it in, If you have one handy, I would recommend a M3x5x4 heatset as shown in the picture. I'm likely just overengineering, the knob fits nice and snug but could still be pulled off with a little effort so probably doesn't need the screw/heatset.
