Blade 230s replacement skids

Blade 230s replacement skids. the skids are about 1g lighter and just as strong maybe stronger. I like to looks better. they are about 15mm wider and 2mm taller. they are a lot cheaper. $1.20 for the aluminium skid tubs. K&S 5/32 #8103. cut tube to 141mm. then bend with skid tube bending tool about halfway to the stop. slide a nylon 1/8 rod oiled into the tube before bending. this will keep the bend from crushing. make the bend then pull the rod out of the tube. print the pipe plugs at 10% over size. glue them into the skid pipes and sand smooth. attach skid supports to helicopter. Add skid pipes and adjust to you preference and ca glue into place.
