i have made a Windmill Blade for the Garden-Windmill. a Storm has crashed a Blade so we needed a new one :-)
i have printed it with 50mm/s and 25% infill and no support.
it have worked great and i have no Problemes with the Weather.
I used Geete4ch PLA in Black to brint it
