Blaise Castle

My mate Rich scanned this using his drone in Bristol, UK. It scanned a 22m 3D image which can be scaled down in Slic3r. I'm in the process of printing now on my Reprap but I've trimmed the wonky base and left just the castle. If it works out I'll add neater STL - will see how it goes :-)

Ive added an image of what happens when trying to print something too large for a reprap. No warnings! In fact the z axis detached itself!

Bit of STL info:-

version 2011 - this is the original scanned 22m STL - I loaded it into Slic3r and let it scale down automatically to fit the plate - unfortunately it didnt fit the roof!

version 1545 - this is the scaled down version reloaded and scaled 50% - its printing now.

version wbase - added a base - for some reason this is full of holes when loaded to slic3r
