Just a d4 that's different than the usual 3-sided pyramid you get in a standard 7 polyhedral set.
Feel free to use these to create your own d4! The blank faces allow you to add your own numbers, letters, etc. We hope you enjoy them as much as we like making them.
You may have to tinker around with them on Meshmixer to smooth it out to your liking.
