Blinkstrike aka Latro’s Dancing Blade for Dummy 13! Another great sword for the fans of Dummy 13 crazy looking weapons. Classic Outland times of World of Warcraft and great transmogrification item. What is interesting in this sword is the fact that it looks more like some steampunk weapon than fantasy one. Check my other models for World of Warcraft themed Dummy 13 weapons – The Untamed Blade, Twinblade of the Hakkari, Bloodlord’s Protector, Zin’rokh, Shalamayne and Thunderfury! Also Horde and Alliance Battleground banners, both Classic and Retail versions :) How to print this model Please clean your printplate before the print. This model was designed with 0.4mm nozzle in mind, don’t try any bigger. Layer height matters. Due to complicated shape of the sword the lower the better. I printed mine with 0.12mm layer height and it came out really nice. Go with 3 walls and 0.12mm layer height or lower. Main body of the sword is printed in two parts, then also separately grip and pommel. Assembly After printing, model require little bit of assembly. Glue both parts of the sword together. Remove brim from the grip and pommel. Check if the grip going trough your Dummy 13 hand. Use sharp knife on the grip edges if not. After that glue pommel to the grip. Grip need to be removable so don’t glue it to the sword. Put the grip trough the back of guard, slide it trough the Dummy 13 hand and then push it to the socket in the sword. If you like the model and you want to give it thumbs up, please also consider downloading it. It cost you just one additional click and it’s very important to me. Thank you! World of Warcraft, Blinkstrike, Latro’s Dancing Blade and all trademarks belongs to Blizzard. I’m just a fan who recreated this model for 3D printing to share with others for free. No commercial use. Happy printing! :)
